A Question dealing with fan artwork?

Just a question here before I upload and post here?
Do you allow on this board Glitter & Sparkle artwork if the size is kept small ?
Just need to know? Some forums really get upset with posting pictures or artwork no matter what the size is, even when kept very small and hosted away from their sites.... No Sad
